What is A.I. Assisted Music?

I’ve been writing songs for over 45 years, but I’ve needed some A.I. assistance in order to share them with you today. I use the term “A.I. Assisted” instead of A.I. Generated because A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) has helped me publish my music, but it didn’t produce it for me. I’m using my lyrics, my tunes, my arrangements, etc.
Here’s how the process has worked for me. I have songs that I have sung into GarageBand, the music software that comes standard in every Mac computer. Some songs are from this past year, some years ago. And with many of these songs, friends have added keyboards, drums, and other instruments. I then export what I have into A.I. software which adds instruments. I then download these stems (separated tracts) and put them back into GarageBand for editing. I then send it to Audacity where I can do more editing. I then put it through a mastering software and publish the songs through DistroKid which distributes to Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and a dozen other music companies.
I then download free videos from Pexels.com and use iMovie to make lyric videos which I can upload to YouTube for you to enjoy for free. These ten songs are the first of the 150 plus songs my wife, Lynn, and I have written.
